Selene Cosplay

I've never written a critique on deviantart before so bare with me, I'll try to put some fresh eyes over it for you.
I like your model and the location you've chosen she looks very sexy and the location gives a great mood. I think you've used a fairly long lens here(50mm or more) and a shorter lens would create more tension for the subject matter - especially if she angled the gun more toward camera. With a shorter lens you could also move in and make her head and the gun larger but still getting a lot of the bg. You also have a problem separating her dark figure out from the bg which I'm sure you've spotted - she has a nice shape and its a little lost in there. A rim light would help pull her out. You seem to have a somewhat fashion lighting style in this too where I think a harder light might work better. With her pose I would put her on one knee or stretch a leg back - that would bring in a little more perspective and also create an angle with her hips to her shoulders (contrapposto). Anyhow I love the colours and textures, shiney suits and big guns and the way its presented is classy.
If nothing else I hope I've given you a fresh take on the subject.
